   In fall of 2005 we entered into an agreement with Recreational Vehicles Systems (RVS) Inc. an Oregon based corporation.  This agreement represents the collimation of several attempts to bring Infrared Imaging to the Class A motor home market.  Oregon is the strategic location of many of the high end motor coach market, with coaches selling in the 600-900 thousand range.		   right-hand border

vehicle main		 *   Under terms of this agreement we will be provide assistance to RVS as they develop a suitable IR system for road and off-road navigation.  This effort requires both a marketable product to provide substantial benefits to the RVS owner, but an education to illustrate the utility value of the system.
    Under terms of this agreement we will be introducing our Infrared Security System as an add-on option to this market.  We are seeing a high degree of synergism between our expanding product list , aviation, vehicle, and our security system.
